Help with quarantine

I’m currently giving them tylan50 and I’m not sure if it’s helping. The symptoms are sneezing that turns into wheezing if it progresses, lethargy, and in the one serious case a lack of eating or drinking. The closest place that will take a look at my birds is over an hour away

Many recommend Tylan but it isn't a cure all. It won't do anything for respiratory problems that are viral, fungal, environmental, parasitic or nutritional.
Sick birds need to be kept warm. In the future, make sure they have big ventilation. IMO, Fresh air is more critical than food and water.
Since it didn't help much and they are slowly recovering, my guess is that the problem was viral.
What state are you in?
If a bird is going downhill, I recommend sending it to your state poultry diagnostic lab to know exactly what you are dealing with and how to proceed.

Personally I would put them back out, the longer they are separated the harder integrating them can be. Just my opinion though, others may have reasons against this. They would need to be well though - to be able to handle the drop in temperature. Best of luck! Will definitely be following

Again, that would be up to you. If you think they are healthy enough to start re-integration, then try it and see. You can always pull them back out if there is a problem.

I am no help on this, but I have spent the past 4 hours (!) reading on the Meyer’s Hatchery website blog. There is a wealth of information on there, in addition to selling poultry, they also sell supplies, medications, supplements, etc. I read through about all of it (and took notes) so I could easily access what I might need when the time came I needed it. We lost the one I’m going to start treating for sour crop as well, just in case. The roo that was healthy as could be now has a goopy eye. It just feels like we’re fighting an uphill battle.

The swollen eye does sound more like MG than infectious bronchitis. I would give the Tylan 50 orally, at 1/4 ml per pound 3 times a day for 5 days. If you can get Terramycin Eye Ointment, that can be applied twice daily into the eye. Clean the eye of any drainage or crusts. Do you see any bubbles or foam in the rooster’s eye. Sorry that you lost the hen.

Are you seeing symptoms of sour crop as well? Sour/stinky breath, crop not empty in the morning, etc.? How will you treat that?

That's terrible that the roo is having a set back. I agree with Eggcessive on flushing the eye, removing any pus/discharge and using Terramycin eye ointment.

I’m going to be honest, I’ve read 1000 articles on sour crop and I’m just not sure. I guess maybe I’m not sure what a crop is supposed to feel like. When i found the hen that died she had some brown stuff coming out of her mouth and that’s what worried me. I’ve smelled all of their breath and it smells fine. I gave the two I’m worried about some water with ACV in it as well as some plain yogurt to combat sour crop if that’s a problem. This is all just so overwhelming

Sorry you couldn't save your bird.
Did you ever say what state you are in?
You could easily be dealing with multiple issues but until you send the bird you lost to the state diagnostic lab you'll continue your uphill battle.

Treat the entire flock and no need to separate. When Birds die that's normal for stuff to come out the mouth if crop is full. I was told to heat my Coop when my Birds all had Respiratory disease.
