Help with reds

We have 2 RIR both supposed to be pullets and 2 NHR both supposed to be pullets. I can't help but to think this one NH is a roo.....what do you all think?

Here is the other NH red for comparison(bought same place same time)

In the whole box, there are 4 tiny orps you can see, 2 RIRs that are darker and 2 NHRs. The one eating out of the center is the one in question. The one with the speckled head. Doesn't even look like the other lighter red on the right by the water dish which is the other NHR. Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks for any opinions you have. I would love to not have a roo in the group of reds, but that one sure lools different than the others@@

Anyone out there with NH reds that would know about the head color and size difference? Maybe I got two different breeds by mistake?

I think its just too early to tell. Both sexes do have substantial combs when fully grown.
