I have 2 11wk old RIR I am thinking I have 2 roos here......

If that's the picture of your RIR, then you definitely have pullets! Here's a pic of my RIR roo at just 6 wks.

He is now almost 10 wks. old and has a HUGE comb and wattles!

Well that would be fantastic! Do hens peck at roosters?

They can! Sometimes I see my hens with their hackle feathers raised going after my roo!

Yours are definitely not roos, so no need to worry any more.
