Help with runt!

I can't view your pics since I'm at work and PB is blocked. I have 2 silkies and 1 black cochin banty that are now 3 wks old.

They seemed to be slow to grow compared to my standard chicks who grew over night.

Also, I still smash their starter/crumbles so they are tiny. They will look like they're eating the bigger chunks, but mine just peck at them to get to the tiny crumble.

Try that and see if she gains weight. Feathers will grow in. My buff silkie who is growing much faster tends to peck at the little ones but not to the point of causing a bald spot.

UPDATE!
Here's the chick now, about a week or so later.
She's nearing 3 weeks (and still small) but she started feathering out and that's promising. Wil she ever catch p or will she aways be on the small side?

she looks good :] hopefuly she'll catch up with the other chicks, and she does look pretty healthy :]
