I don't see an injury-just m issing feathers. Leave her alone & she'll be fine.
BTW hens don't "turn into" roosters. Your 15 week old cockerel is maturing sexually.

I know that. I thought that it would have showed signs of maturing before this. yea she is just missing a few pinn feathers. Hope they grow back soon!
