Help with sick poult

Feeling horrible right now as I noticed yesterday that one RP poult of 5 total poults is significantly smaller than the others. They are about 10 days old. We picked them up on Friday. It did not dawn on me that she could be sick, but today she is wobbly, not drinking and gasping.
Is there anything I can try to do for her? I've tried electrolyte water with a syringe, but I'm not convinced she's getting any. The other 4 are quite frisky. I watched them all closely the first day and all were eating and drinking. I guess I should have kept watching. I have seen similar things with chicks, and I know without intervention she will almost certainly die. Just not sure if there's anything I can do,

Have you ruled out coccidia? My little daughter brought in a bowl of dirt from outside and my turkeys got deathly smelly poos from it. They seemed sick so I bought a treatment for coccidia. They rebounded very nicely. But when they were sick they shrank in size and were very listless.
