Can someone help with this all editing tools are greyed out. Logged out and back in. Shut down ipad and restarted. Oh look at attachment.

Ok figured it out…had to clear history the close the browser and reopen…sigh…..

I just tap anywhere in the greyed-out area and it wakes it up for me.
