Help with the gender!

Got 2 batches of chicks (4/each batch)
has been watching them and guessing their gender for a few weeks.
still not sure.
Please help

Older batch is about 13 weeks. (Pic #1, 2&3 and 4) it is weird that the black head one doesn't have a tail feather.
Younger batch is about 8 weeks (white ones and like to fight with each others)

Wow the black headed one is gorgeous! He probably has Aracauna in him which would explain the lack of a tail. As for gender I think the one with the black head, the first white one, and the white one to the left in the last picture are male.

#5 - Cockerel
#6 - Cockerel
#7 - Cockerels on the left and right, pullet in the middle.

I don't know why I am always getting LOTS of Cockerels!
Last year, my hen hatched 4 chicks and ended up all Cockerels! T_T
