Help with the hatching dates please I'm a little confused.

Hello again guys I have a little question for you I got my dates mixed up now so Im trying to hatch some brown jumbo coturnix quail eggs I received the eggs Jan 3rd at 11am and set them in the incubator at 7pm I think I'm supposed to stop turning in day 15 so would that be jan 18 or 19? And are they due to hatch in Jan 21st?
First timer here so if someone can help me figure out this timing let me know thank you.

I believe Jan 18th would be your lockdown day! Haha same as me! But I've never incubated quail so their hatch cycle is unknown to me. But the date would be the 18th. But I also just read the courtix take 16-17 days to incubate? So it may be sooner.

Now i don't know if jumbo coturnix have the same hatching time as regular coturnix...

I too just hatched jumbo coturnix for the first time and they started hatching on day 18 & were all finished on day 19. I put them on lockdown on day 15 & boosted the humidity that same day. Good luck with your hatch!
