So I ordered 84 jumbo coturnix quail hatching eggs, but there are only like 10 that look big. And some are lighter color almost blue. Is this jumbo still?

I do not keep quail, because,,,,,,,,,,,,, No cages to house them in. They would escape my chicken run.
But still have an opinion on your eggs.
Place them into your incubator, and hatch them out. Whatever does hatch will still grow into a quail. I assume you keep the quail as a food source. If you do find out the seller sent you incorrect eggs,,,,,, Try to get a refund, if significant $$$ amount.

WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and :welcome

Yes, I meant the birds. The eggs should probably be around 17g, but that's just my guesstimate, not any official weight that I know of.
Looking at their Jumbo Mix Collection option, Myshire farm lists average jumbo egg weight as 14 to 15 grams. Southwest Game Birds shows 12 - 16 grams for jumbo eggs. I haven't made a habit of weighing my eggs, so don't have any data of my own.
