Help with vent lice

Hi. I have three hens that have some awful vent lice. What can I use I to rid then of the lice and eggs? I've bee rubbing DE on their bottoms with little luck. They look and act heathy no drop in egg production. I just don't want them to be grossly infected. Any suggestions?

Pat their bottoms and under wings with sevin powder.Some put them in a bag up to their neck with powder and dust them.Dust their roost.

Some people use frontline type drops on their chickens.Not sure if that would help with lice. I did sevin.
