HELP!!! with water bowl and chicks

THANKS Gardendufus. yes the cage i have them in is about 18 inches wide and about 3 1/2 foot long and about 2 foot tall. and i do have one under it every now and again. but most of them our on the outer edge of where the light is amed. now i did have a white light but it was too bright for them..
