Help with wing issue

Wondering if anyone here may know what could be going on with my girl? I have 4, they all are eating, drinking, doing great! I have checked for mites or any kinds of bugs and don’t se any sign. My one girl has this issue with her wings on both sides. Just saw this and can’t seem to figure out what it could be and what I could do to help her. Appreciate any help. She is a RIR. Thank you!

The ends are like chewed up or broken. Not rounded and smooth. Can you see the pics?

Yes. I think it's fine. If the feathers get twisted, you can cut them off and they will probably grow back in straight.

Do you have rats or mice where you are? It almost looks like they've been chewed on. She's the only one with this issue?

She is the only one and I have not seen any rodents yet or droppings
