Yes. It's best to use the Equimax paste only on the birds that you observed tapeworm segments in the feces. Worm them early in the morning before letting them out of the coop. They will be easier to catch and since they havnt eaten yet, the worms will be at their weakest which will make the wormer more effective killing them.
Then wait about 3 hours, then feed your birds. Feed them a little at a time because they will be starving and will gorge the feed possibly causing an impacted crop or gizzard. Just add feed throughout the rest of the day back to normal.
