help would you eat this?

4 hours is barely enough time to defrost completely.. we leave stuff out all night all the time.

I leave a lot of things out overnight and still eat it the next day. When in doubt, add salsa, and simmer for an hour. Soup's on!

Freezer fossils! That cracks me up. I've eaten one or two of those in my day.

Gotta admit we chicken maniacs share all kinds of things for the betterment for everyone.

I mostly defrost overnight. Four hours and I still have to wait because they are frozen close to the bone.

I have some freezer fossils now. Hmmm...didn't think about dinner with all my running today.

Why wouldn't you eat it? I often take things out of the freezer just after breakfast and let it thaw at room temp and cook for supper. We've never gotten sick from it. Besides people used to hang stuff under the eaves of their house and cut off the mold before they cooked it. Humans are remarkable creatures in that we have more bacteria and mold inside of us than we could ever eat from anything else. Hope it tasted great!
