Separate the chick into a brooder and put neosporin triple antibiotic ointment without pain relief (very important that it's the one without pain relief as the pain reliever is toxic to chickens) and keep an eye on it. How is the chick acting? It probably also wouldn't hurt to give the chick some egg yolk too

It was hatched yesterday, I already separated

In that case just apply neosporin to the wounds until they heal, the egg yolk also still wouldn't hurt anything so I would still do that
