Here is what the guy at our local Game Stop told us...
XBOX360 Arcade doesn't have an internal hard drive and you'd have to use those little memory cards to save games
XBOX 360 Premiums have 60 and 120(?) GB Hardrives and have other upgrades above the XBOX360 arcade, like being able to play online and stuff...I just can't remember it all.
