It could possibly be Marek's. I've never seen a bird with Marek's but one of the symptoms is leg paralysis. I don't think his legs are actually paralyzed as he does try to stand, he can grip your fingers with his toes but he cannot balance unless he is squatting on the ground. I don't get it.
