Is she going to be ok tho? She's been laying in the cage all day and drinking finally ate a little but when she walks she's like falling over and dizzy looking and keeps opening her wings she was stuck pretty tight we had to lift the coop just to get her out

Not much else you can do if there isn't an obvious injury. You can supplement with electrolytes, something like Vital Pac in her H20 or just sugar water in a syringe may help but not best practice. Cook her up some scrambled eggs. If you are in a hot climate and she was stuck where she couldn't open her wings to dispel heat, she may take a while to recover. Let's stay positive, but she may have organ failure.
