My two pekin ducks were mating today and I'm not sure what the gender is of one of them..but I think I know the other one is female. like I heard some people say they could be both females and getting confused since it's warm around this time of year, but don't know..any answers???

I don't have ducks (yet) but have read that 2 girls or 2 boys will sometimes try to mate, it's just the way ducks are. So you could have 2 females. You can check with the members over on the Pekin Duck Club and ask them their opinion on your birds:

Welcome to Backyard chickens (and ducks). I recall a video some time back, of a drake chasing rabbits trying to breed them. I think when hormones are talking - they will try to breed anything, regardless of gender or species.

I do not really know anything about ducks but hopefully you got all the information you needed in the duck forum.
