HELP!!

He's doing good so far, very sleepy the egg with the yolk is still attached. Will the open egg Start getting stinky?it left a little green spot on the paper towel?

The egg should not start getting stinky. The green is normal and is where the duckling has pooped inside the egg. As long as the yolk stays moist he should be okay. When he does come out, a little bleeding is normal. There may also be a little bit of the hold attached to him or the egg. How much of the yolk is still out?

Oh ok good, I was worried I'd say the size of two peas maybe a little smaller. He opens his mouth and peeps and moves quite a bit in between sleeping. The other 5 pipped yesterday morning but no hatching yet, they peep in their eggs and move around but nothing after that is that normal?

It normally takes around 24 hours after popping to hatch but can take a little longer. One reason could be the humidity. Duck egg shells are tougher than chickens. If the humidity is not high enough, the duck will not be able to crack the shell easily. It could take longer, but one thing that you could do is candle one of the eggs that has pipped for around 24 hours and look into the dark part of the egg for veins. This will give you an idea if they are close to hatching.
A big vein- Around 4-10 hours from hatching.
A thin vein- Around 3-4 hours from hatching.
No vein- Around 1-3 hours from hatching.
The main thing that I would do at this time is raid the humidity in the incubator by putting a wet sponge or paper towel inside. What kind of incubator are you using and is it a still air or does it have a fan to circulate air? Many still air incubators have trouble keeping humidity high, but that is just with my experience.

This is what it looks like when veins are still present in the egg. When the chicks/ducklings/poults have internally pipped, they may become hard to see.

Im going to go ahead and candle right now, I have a incubator that has a fan to circulate the air. I don't have anything to see how high the humidity is but there's allot of condensation because of the Lil fella wrapped in the paper towel.

You should expect to see some hatching either later today or tomorrow morning, but if none of them have hatched by then, I would candle them again to make sure that they are still alive. By tomorrow afternoon, if none of them have progressed, I might consider opening one up to see what is going on inside. What day is it for the ducklings?
