Help!

Hello.. new member.. third year chicken owner.. I decided to let my broody hen do her thing and see if we got any chicks. We tried this last year and got 1chick out of 12...I unfortunately haven't kept track this time as far as how many days in we are, but just found a broken egg with a forming chick inside.. my question is, do I leave the mess on the other eggs or take them out and clean them ?

That I'm not sure of unfortunately.. she's been there over 2 weeks for sure...
