I just went outside, she's doing it again. The video wouldn't upload, so I will try to describe it. She is panting and shaking. What electrolytes should I give her. What else?

It sounds like you are doing all you can. If it's really hot, they will more than likely stay in the shade and only get water once the day starts to cool. If they seem to be fine, then I would leave them be and just keep a watch on them.
