Help!

Did u turn off the egg turner? The eggs should not be turning during hatch. There should be a reservoir cup on the outside that should be kept full during hatch. The water in outside cup has a tube that drains into the inside cup to keep up the humidity so that you don't need to open it to add water. On my brinsea that looks similar..that compartment houses the egg turner mechanism that moves the eggs.

No. Your should NOT take the lid off while they hatch. I'm sure that was a typo, right? As I note that the lid is on.
Ducks are slow. If the humidity is not high enough, the duck could be "dry" stuck in the shell. I did have one that didn't progress, once, and it was stuck. Had to hold it under a small stream of warm water to remove part of the shell. BUT, your egg does not look dried or the membrane isn't "turned" nasty looking. Give the little one a little more time. Good luck!
