She just had a tenth. More are on the way. I had to help her with this one.

Hey guys. We got home and all is good, it appears it was a false labour. She has completely ballooned though, won't be long now. She is staying in our garage for whelping, and the poor thing looks so uncomfortable! Her belly sticks out past her ribs.
Her name is River.

I too am reading and will continue to do so. I can't wait to find out who Daddy is and I hope you'll continue to keep us up to date as the puppies grow!

I think it may be. We saw one mounting her on halloween... however, we aren't sure. A few of the puppies have tiny white toes. All of them have short hair and a long, skinny tail, as well as short noses and wrinkly faces... I assume the father is a Bull Mastiff.

We have 10, but she only has 8 teats. I probably won't need to exclusively bottle feed the extra two, but I think bottle feeding any smaller ones once or twice a day would be smart.
