After some discussion and phoning our ex-vet friends and cattle ranchers, we reached an agreement and moved her into the garage, lowering it to +10°C.
She is no longer shivering, just grunting a bit. Still no pushing. I'm going to double check her temperature, either way she needed to be inside. She was very cold.

She is not my parent's dog she is mine. I agree with you but when I'm under their roof it's their rules.

Her temp is 35.6°C so she is going to be having them. Just the "when" is the issue. She's happy as of now and relaxed.
