Your post is abit unclear but if I got it right your rooster has some sort of crusting or fluid around his nose? Sounds like a respiratory issue, could you please give a better explanation so it is easier for us to help you.

The upper respiratory tract is completely closed by thing like cheese due to a previous cold injury and now appears in the mouth of the highest yellow cheeses.
 
Can you post a picture, and give any more symptoms? Is the nostril blocked?

I believe that you are seeing the effects of "Wet Fowl Pox" I am sorry but this form of Fowl Pox is almost always fetal. Google it to learn more.

Hi @Traveler17 Can you post some photos of your rooster, including the clogged nostrils, comb and inside of his beak?

If you have a vet that can see him, that is always best.

As @chickengeorgeto suggested, you may be dealing with Wet Form of Fowl Pox or it could be Canker (trichomoniasis).
