Sorry, I am not sure what is going on with your chick; did it just start doing that or has it done that from Day 1? It may have a congenital defect.

i gave it some water but it just gargled it back up

sure sounds like a piece of straw caught to me. grab a light open its mouth with the head throwed back and maybe you can see something. If you do and can grab it pull it out gently .

I just looked down its throat but I still couldn't find anything also its poo was very watery and cloudy is that helps
