Oooo dang!! I'd put anti infection stuff on it!! Coconut oil can help chickens grow stronger and more feathers (give a tsp every other day hope it works, people say it does) and a pinch of tumeric in food or water every time you change it helps if it swells.

Oh!! I didn't see the pics.. I thought it was probably bleeding so I guess no anti infection is needed but the other things I mentioned could help.

I'm not seeing any open wounds. I'd just leave them. How did your friend's chickens get ahold of yours?

I agree, there are no obvious wounds showing in the pictures so it's okay to just keep them safe until those feathers grow back. There is nothing for you to do right now. Give them extra love and keep them safe from other chickens going after them again and they should be fine.

Yeah, they’re just plucked. Give them high protein treats, like hard boiled eggs, until they grow their feathers back. They may not lay for a while.
Hard boiled eggs will be excellent for them but they are not high protein. Hard boiled eggs are only about 12% protein.

Sunflower seeds are a good source for methionine which does aid in feather growth. Sunflower seeds should be considered a treat and should be limited to a maximum of 10% of their diet. That 10% limit is meant to apply to the total of all treats.

Oh, sorry bout the misinformation. I know eggs are good for human protein, so I kinda assumed... Sorry!
The eggs are great for them, the only misinformation was the often repeated misconception that they are high protein. I was taught growing up that the egg white is all protein they just neglected to tell me that 88% of the egg white is water.
