HELP!!

Okay so the egg hatched (the one I said had a film on it) and now it has this cord stuck to it. What should I do with the cord.. leave it?

Is the cord connecting it to the egg?

It was, but it’s off now. That chick is actually not doing well, I don’t think. It’s been out for like 3-5 hours and it hasn’t gotten up. It tries to get up but it can’t. It only lays on its side, stomach and back. Usually by now the chick would be walking but not this one. So you know why and is this a bad sign?
