What could they have gotten into that was poisonous?
Did you treat them with Seven, you mention in your other thread that you bug bombed the coop(?), what else have you used?
What are you feeding them?

Do they still have an active mite infestation?

I bug bombed my house not the coop. And sevin and DE is all I have used on them and their coop

I just the other thread. I, too, am concerned that the bug bombs may have poisoned them. What did you treat them with besides DE?

They were not around the bug bomb

I’m so sorry. I’m not sure how else to help. Some filters have activated charcoal in them.... like the refill pouches that go in the water reservoir of some coffee makers.

If there is any leaky machinery in the yard, that can poison them, too. Not that the information helps right at this moment. So sorry.

How did you apply the Sevin? It has been used for years to treat external parasites, but is now reportedly not that effective as a treatment.

Do you have photos of what the chicks look like?

I'm inclined to think they have Coccidiosis, but could be wrong. That and a combination of mite infestation.

Ah. Could be.@Dani87, Coccidiosis can take them down very quickly. Have you seen any bloody poop? Bloody poop is sometimes present with coccidiosis. @Wyorp Rock is way more experienced than I am, so definitely heed her advice. For some reason, though, I’m stuck on the idea of poisong of some kind.
