HELP!!!

You need a card board box if nothing else, plastic bin used for storage can also be used. Just be careful with heat lamp it doesn't get to close to what ever your using for a brooder don't want to cause a fire, some old clean towels for the bottom [they can be shook out washed and reused] A chick waterer and feeder, feed and a thermometer for keeping track of heat in your brooder. you need to let the chick dry and fluff before removing for your bator so you have time to get everything set up for them.

He has now broken almost all of the egg but he isnt making noise at all and i only see a little bit of movement i don't really know what to think

They rest periodically. Give it time. It will pop out when its ready. However if you feel it needs help, post a pic if you can and someone will be able to help you assess whether or not you should do anything.
 
Possibly was resting. How’s hatch going now?
This is how it looks like now he has been hatching 4 hours now
