what to do to make there feathers grow out better and to shine them up I am wanting to show shown chickens and there missing the feet feathers what can I do to help them grow

Did they ever have feathered sharks/feet? If not then they won't...
If they got plucked then they will most likely only grow back in molt.

The have some on there feet now and the breed is fizzle

Often times the chicken will loose it's feathers because of molting. I have a frizzle that had the same thing happen and I just had to wait usually a month for the feathers to grow back. Molting will go in those phases.

Im guessing cochin since It has feathered feet... Frizzle is just the feather type (how they curl/lay flat etc.) BTW.

The bird is probably Milton or just as small feathers on the feet.... nothing you can do
