hello every one I have these three chickens that I don’t know if they are hens or roosters pls help me

The birds in your 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th pictures are cockerels (provided they're as young as they look). Not too sure about the other, as I can't quite get a clear view of the comb.

Knowledge of age could either confirm or invalidate my guesses.

How old?
The darker easter egger is a cockerel, and the buff cochin is a cockerel.
The first bird, with the barring or speckles... I think its a pullet.

None of those birds are ameraucana... they'd have to be easter eggers.
