What is wrong? I checked her feet and gave her an Epsom salt bath and still no change. She lays by herself and tip toes around sometimes with her tail down. She’s also unsteady when trying to roost.

Can you give us more information - photos of the hen, feet/legs and poop would be helpful as well.
How old is she?
What do you feed?
You mention she tip toes - is she walking on the tip of her toes?
Is her crop empty in the morning before eating/drinking?
If she is old enough to lay eggs, when did she last lay?

You gave her an epsom salts bath - was that for the feet/legs or did you fear she is egg bound?
