I have 8 hens total 2 immature one is mature and very calm not aggresive

No she not limping just walks slowly and a little strange
You have 3 roosters - for 8 hens, but 2 hens are immature? So you have 6 adult hens. How old are these roosters?
How much space do you have - coop/run - sqft. of each?
When is the last time this gal laid an egg?

If you have 3 roosters it's possible they cornered her and roughed her up - is the photo of her from today? Do you notice any scabs/injury to the comb, missing feathers on the neck or back?

I would look her over, feel the abdomen for bloat/swelling or fluid. If she is consistent layer, then you may want to feel inside the vent for an egg.

See that she's eating/drinking. If you have immature hens (pullets?) with that many roosters, then you may want to pen up the roosters separately. I would recommend a separate pen for each rooster this way he gets his own space and food/water.

If you have photos of the roosters/hens and your housing those are always welcome.
