Almost every chick has dry skin or flaky skin under their feathers, but they are doing better. Is this normal?That is probably something completely different...not coccidiosis related.
I would guess a respiratory illness.
Can you take a video of the swollen eyed ones or get a few clear pictures?

Those look like sores, this is straight up flaky skinI found the thread I was thinking of.

The reaction to the more spray is exactly what I was thinking ! Because it wasn’t there til after. That is also what I think caused their eyes to swell. I specifically sprayed under their wings when I sprayed for mites so that’s what I think it is just not positiveCould the flakes be eggs of some kind? Or a reaction to the mite spray? I’m clueless about this stuff but those are the two things that popped in my head
