Help!

I just noticed this on my chicken. It’s red bulging from her vent? What’s going on, what can I do? This is my first experience with any injury/issue!

Might be the start of a prolapse , Try giving her a warm bath with some epsom salts in it. Make sure you dry her well.

Okay.. so after I posted this I did search around and it does look like a prolapsed vent. I got a warm bath ready for her, got her out of the coop, as she was already roosting for the night. Went to put her in warm bath and her vent was normal. Would it just go away? I have her alone now so I can monitor her away from others. What should I do going forward? Thank you!
