Found this white turkey looking bird in front of our neighbors home.

I think it's some kind of pigeon. It's not a turkey.

@AkinliAdventure, what's that dark spot, is it a wound?

It looks like an English Carrier. And yeah, that dark spot? Is it a wound or electrical burn? It needs a seed mix for food and a a water drinker at least an inch or two deep. This breed is usually a show bird so I can't imagine it came from far away although it looks skinny. Is there a band on it's leg?

It is, we think a hawk got to him. Pretty sure he is a carrier pigeon.

It is a band, he has two one one each leg.
We posted on Nextdoor app and a man said he saw the same pigeon in his yard a few days back uninjured... He also said carrier pigeon.
