HELP!!

I hatched 6 baby quails 2 days ago. They were eating and drinking, running around. Today one of them was lying down, could not walk. Just scooted and could not stand. After a few mins it looked like it was gasping for air (opening and closing beak widely, repeatedly) then laid down and passed away. What went wrong?! please help!

this is typical manner for loss of quail chicks and typically signifies some type of temperature shock ie water was too cold, it got wet, or too far from heat for too long and could not recover. feel free to post pics of your brooder set-up and there are several of us willing to help!
