Help!

Here's a link to a nice little coop that could hold him and any more birds that you'd like to get if you want him outside. If you want to get more birds, look for threads on chick brooding. I have a blog post on introducing chicks to your flock, but if you want to raise pullets and introduce them to your rooster, it'll be best to wait until they're his size.

Can you handle him? If you can, try to build a small coop (or just get a dog crate) and put him in it every night and let him out in the mornings. He'll stay safer in a coop or dog crate than on his own.
I don't know if I can handle him. He is friendly, comes right up to me when I have food and clucks when I open the door. But he is skittish.

Thank you so much!!

They can be aggressive and territorial, so PLEASE wear jeans when dealing with him (roosters have spurs and will peck and kick at you), they crow, which may or may not be annoying, but other than that, they're pretty easy. The aggressive part may not exist for your roo if he walks up to you.
