I have a baby rooster and I don't know how to take care of him I THINK HE IS SICK PLEASE HELP

I don't know what to do take care of him I don't know how old he is he needs a good home and I don't know why he keeps knowing at his feathers though shaking a lot like his feathers are itchy or something

Are you sure he's not just preening himself? I don't see anything that looks concerning. Does he have access to sand or dirt, so he can dust bathe? Do you have other chicks to keep him company?

That does sound similar to preening. What breed is he? Can you get a video of the behavior? To upload a video, you have to upload it to Youtube or another video platform and then copy and paste the link here.
