what should I do egg looks like this but the embryo is still on it and not moving or pipping or making any noise what happened no body touched the egg and that is the only egg that has had its first pip here is the actual egg

How old are the eggs? If it’s not moving or breathing it’s probably dead and you should take it out.

Ok I think it’s probably dead. Maybe take it out of the incubator really quick (as long as there are no other chicks pipping) and look closely at it to see if it’s breathing.
