This one could be alive as well.
I'm not an expert though, so dont take my word for it.

Can you give us some info on your setup? What incubator? Are you using a separate calibrated thermometer and hygrometer? What day are you on? When did you put these eggs into lockdown? When was the last time you candled and saw life?
 
The first and second look healthy. The one in the second picture looks like it is starting an internal pip to me, does the beak move at all? You shouldn't be able to see many veins if they are close to hatching. The ones that look a bit cloudy inside towards the air pocket are probably rotten.

Your right, but the way the egg glows yellow instead of red makes me skeptical as well, all my quitters have shown yellow instead of red.
You should see some movement, even just a little. What day are you on?
