Can you include some details of your chicken, history, and what you are wanting help with? I see some bubbles in the eye, and that can sometimes be a sign a of a respiratory disease. Is there any sneeze, or labored breathing, and is the chick eating and drinking?

Sorry, Silver LakenVelder
Got him/her from a hatchery about 4 weeks ago.
I have no idea why there are bubbles in his eye and feather loss.
No sneeze, no labored breathing and I believe he is... i’m not 100% sure.
Seems energetic.

Keep his eye clear, and if necessary clean any drainage or crust, and apply some Terramycin or other eye ointment into the eye twice a day. If symptoms increase, Tylosin may be obtained from a vet or here and given in the water 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days:

Make sure the ventilation in your brooder or coop is good, and prevent dust or exposure to mold. What type of bedding are you using?

Using hay. No other chicks are having this problem.
