I found one of my nine week old Silkie chicks yesterday with a pretty severe head wound from pecking during the night. I’ve tried treating her with some stuff I found at tractor supply, but it doesn’t seem to be getting much better and she’s pretty lethargic and I can’t get her to eat.

Probably just need to give her some time. She should be separated in a nice warm area with food and water available.

She hasn’t eaten since yesterday and the only time she’s drank is when I basically dipped her beak in the water. I’m really kind of worried. She’s still on her feet but she doesn’t move around.

How bad are the wounds?

She needs a place to recuperate where she doesn't have to worry about anything bothering her.

I would place her in there. Give her some scrambled egg. They will usually eat that when they aren't feeling well. Plus by being segregated you can monitor what she is eating and drinking.
