I’m sorry to bug you all. This is my first time owning peafowl. Do I have all males? Lol How do I tell?!? They are pushing 4 months old. What kind is the tan and brown one?? Will it end up being beautiful? Does anyone have a photo of their adult version so I can get a visual of what mine will look like. Lol

I couldn't tell you the sex but I do know that even between breeds (subspecies?) There are different coloration. Where did you get them?

I’ve hatched them. I’ve waited and waited to be able to tell what I have… and that tan one is the ugly duckling that I’m hoping will be a beautiful swan

I meant where did you get the eggs? The tan is likely Cameo.

The White you can not tell the sex yet, it is too early. The darkest plain one is a Spaulding hen, the one with the barring is a Spaulding cock and the 'tan' one is the one that will be the most beautiful, it is a Spaulding Black Shoulder hen.

Thank you so much! I do not know where I got them from, it was an older man from Craigslist. He was super nice, and very knowledgeable, and now I remember him saying something about a black shoulder. Both the tan one and the white one were solid yellow chicks. They took very different turns though and I’m super excited to see them as adults!
