Is this bad we had a fox attack and I don’t know if I have to take extra precautions.

It’s on the rim of the vent. I couldn’t find any other wounds.

I think that others would likely peck at her red or bloody vent. What does it look like today? What are you putting on the wound? Some chlorhexidene or saline, Vetericyn, or weak Betadine could be used to clean it, then followed with triple antibiotic ointment twice a day. Can you place her in a wire dog crate with food and water inside the coop or run where she can be with the others? If the wound is scabbed over and no blood, then BluKote might be used on the area to treat and hide the wound. Just use caution putting her back, and check it for signs of an abscess or infection daily.
