Im helping a friend at the moment and she isn't sure what breed or gender or age this chick is. Is anyone able to help?

Im helping a friend at the moment and she isn't sure what breed or gender or age this chick is. Is anyone able to help?
Gender: too young to be sure. (Some males are obvious this early, but some males and all females can look like this at this age.)

Breed: could be Black Australorp, or Black Sexlink, or Black Minorca, or probably a few other black breeds (but not Black Jersey Giant because that would have yellow toes.) Depending on where the chick came from, it could also be a mix of some kind.

Age: maybe 3-4 weeks, but some chicks grow their feathers much faster than others, so it could be as young as 2 weeks (unlikely) or as old as 8+ weeks (I think also unlikely, but I really can't be certain.)
 
Looks about 3-6 weeks of age, too young to determine the gender, though if the comb begins to redden fast it could be a male. Looks like maybe a Black Australorp?
