It does not look shrink wrapped from the picture, nor does it look ready to hatch. How long had it been pipped before you assisted? Is it yawning or making chewing motions? Ducklings are very slow hatchers and can take 72 hours to completely hatch. I would put it back in the incubator and leave it be.

They're pretty overdue. How are things going now? What has your temp and humidity been throughout incubation and lockdown? If they haven't hatched yet, can you see any signs of unabsorbed yolk? Are they yawning or making chewing motions? You may need to finish the hatching process for them if it's been this long.
